Glee is so much better when it keeps it real.

Twilight the film

You know what really grinds my gears? People making fun of the Twilight series, specifically the first movie. C’mon haters gonna hate, why do people feel the need to make fun of something people like? I wouldn’t call myself a diehard fan, but I read the books and I went to the first two midnight showings with friends. Even made my own shirt (cuz Hot Topic merch is expensive). The first film, besides Edward running a little funny is still probably my favorite. It’s a bit awkward, but so is falling in love. I think the director Catherine Hardwick was great at adapting the film from the book. She even had Stephanie Meyer cameo! (IMO, she should have cameo’d in all the films). Since Hardwick was a fan of the books, she captured the essence of Edward that every other female reader fell in love with. Edward is the epitome of a Gentleman and she saw to it that that was emphasized in the film. The budget was small, the side characters had some screen time and they actually filmed in Washington! Any thoughts? Just had to ramble because I’m watching it now on FX :)

I definitely am guilty of this. Laziness….
